Kalleo is a registered trademark and is derived from the Latin word, Calleo, which means “to learn by doing”. Kalleo’s passions are Learning and Technology. We create, implement and sustain blended solutions for people development through the innovative use of technology.
This basically means that we do learning solutions that can consist of a blend of different delivery media, including classrooms, virtual classrooms, web based, intranet based, via CD’s and DVD’s, and evenvia cellular phones, specialising in finding the best way to deliver a specific learning outcome to a specific target audience.
Our Philosophy.
We believe that different people learn better using different methodologies. We also believe that not one learning method or medium is better than the other. In some cases, traditional one-way “training” is the best option. Sometimes more collaborative facilitation is required. Often online learning delivers the best results, but a well facilitated classroom session can never be underestimated.
